We start with “Diagnose” stage of our proven systematic approach where we combine the best team to understand better the needs and strategic goals of our clients. Additionally we challenge our client to understand whether the position’s competencies and description should be differentiated to meet the expected strategic goal. After understanding and clarifying the needs and expectations while consulting our clients we design the timelines, industries and companies that will be targeted, reporting frequency and how we are going to execute the assignment. We believe that winning an assignment is an easy task to complete; we pay more attention to execute the assignment we take. 

Having defined the requirements and targets, we “Implement” the strategy of the search. Not only scanning the market for the leader, we provide detailed information about the market conditions to our client. Using our tremendous database based close to two decades of experience and combining with personal contacts we form the potential list of candidates for the position. 

After reviewing the first fit for the position, we conduct interviews rigorously where candidates are evaluated using a competency-based framework against upon agreed competencies and experiences with the combination of cultural fit.  

“Place” stage starts with furnishing the possible shortlist for our client. Before presenting the shortlist to our client, we provide detailed report of what we have done, the market details and where might be the future challenges regarding both candidates and our client’s strategy. 

Arranging interviews for our client organization is part of our job however we go further and deeper and our partners/consultants take active place within the interviews to support our client organization regarding the possible decision. Additionally we provide consultancy at this stage about possible candidates’ selection; benefits and challenges and furthermore the impact at the market and within our client’s organization.  

While defining the best suitable candidate partnering with our client, we provide consultancy to our clients regarding the possible compensation and follow up deeply the negotiation process.  

Placing a candidate is just the beginning. We believe that it is our duty to follow up and “Confirm” that everything is aligned with the expected outcomes. Thus we organize interviews with the placed candidate and our client after 6 months to evaluate the performance of the placed candidate.
